This morning I stepped on my mat - listless - 'cause I was incredibly tired but wanted to start my week with a small practice....
As I saw Erin's class, I thought: 'OK, let's see - I can stop at every time...'
BUT I did it!

This was my first time practicing with Erin and I loved it. This is a fast paced non traditional class. The transitions are not intuitive so I recommend either watching the class first or having a clear view of the screen. It ends with an inversion so have access to a wall if that is part of your practice. I will definitely be coming back. Namaste.
