Best use of 30 minutes! All the flow and tough holds in a perfect package. heartrate up, heat and ended with new energy. NO chatter much better to concentrate on breath and reminders. Music just right.

I am a beginner for the most part. This was a powerful flow that I can modify to my level. I enjoyed the energetic music this morning and the balance practice.
