Welcome to Sadhana, a year long yoga program dedicated to Self-Mastery. Your potential can only be fulfilled when you unleash the power of body, breath, mind, heart and spirit. My name is Travis Eliot and over the course of a year we are going to experience powerful methods to address every dimension of you.

These practices include Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga along with Pranayama Breath Work, Meditation and Special Bonus classes. This Sadhana program also includes powerful Wisdom Talks and a comprehensive Journal Workbook filled with inspirational stories, poems, quotes, research and clear guidance on how to bridge the gap between your practice and your life.

As you move through this program you will improve your health, strengthen the body, and cultivate clarity of mind. Sadhana is a path of practice, a path of discipline, a path of wisdom and a path of illumination. Every thing in life starts with you. To invoke change there is only 1 thing to focus on transforming and that 1 thing is YOU!
