I have been practicing this series as a energizing day started sequence, and it is great to wake up the full body and have full energy afterward !
This was great for working my shoulders. I did Yinlicious first, which worked my hips, then did this one. it was a good sequence for a day when I just wasn"t sure what i felt like doing.
