Wow! What a great class. I loved the focus on the shoulders, neck, upper body, and side body, the transitions from asana to asana, the pace, and the cueing, especially in twisted pyramid and reclining twist. Nadi Shodhana was also a great choice to calm down at the end. Thank you.

A well rounded slow flow / gentle practice. Lots of new combinations and poses, that I haven't done before. Clear guidance that I was able to follow without looking at the screen too much. There was a strap used at the end, I tried to follow without a strap and don't feel like I missed out on anything. Highly recommended to give this a go! Thank you Jenny!
