Pure brilliance, Brent. Your presence and movement inspire without ego. Even the incredible poses, most of us will never be able to master. What you said hit deep! I felt it all the way here in Germany. Truly one of a kind.

Really really appreciated this class! As always Brent's class invited the deepest mind muscle connection for me. I've been practicing for years and I do always wonder if I'm doing the right things with my toes and knees. Glad to find a clarity from this class! Although this class is titled "slow down", it really is a strengthening practice that opens up so much space for deepening & exploring for Surya Namaskar A. A MUST do class for every yogi.
The clarity with which Brent breaks down the sequence and the way he provides the alignment and muscle mechanics cues is just perfect. This class is a game changer for me.
