Although in many ancient philosophies the mind and heart are not separate, this practice specifically focuses on the mind aspect of the Manomaya Kosha. Our thoughts can have a lot of power over us and in this Yin practice, we invite our awareness to center around the mind and where our attention flows. This practice features the Reclining Butterfly, Dragon, Swan, Straddle, Melting Heart and Square postures of Yin Yoga to help us open the doorway to the level of our minds.
