Flow State 2

A sequel to the “Flow State” practice from the Primal Elements series. In this 30-minute practice we will move through a series of flows that expand upon where we last left off. This advanced class is for students who have developed a solid foundation and consistent animal flow practice.

Flow and Glow

In this 45-minute practice we will move through a series of breath-to-movement flows with moments of functional movement to consciously elevate the heart rate and moments of contrast to drop even more deeply into presence and awareness.

Graceful Warrior

In this 45-minute practice we will move through a dynamic flow with moments of stability, balance, and harmony.
