I did the first three videos in a row saving all the stretches for the end. My yoga mat is soaking wet. Strong flows! Great guidance. Nice music and vibes. Thanks Travis! Update: did 5&6 and saved stretches to the end. Perfection. These are really good juicy sweaty flows.
