Love all the classes but I'm missing a little description of what the class is about, is it power? is it yin? etc. Thank you!

I am enjoying this journey almost five months of continuous yoga. What I really miss is seeing yogis such as Scott and Rachelle. I miss seeing them in the videos. I especially liked Scott as he was an older yogi and you don't see enough older people in these vidoes. I am a senior and have been doing Inner Dimension for over four years now and I miss seeing the older ones doing yoga. I know that young people are a part of this passion but I really wish you would encorperate older ones as well.

Michael does a wonderful job with Power Moon..a very strong, nicely sequenced class.

I enjoy following a schedule like this, and I’m glad to see the newer videos incorporated as well so we don’t miss out on new content. Excited to see Brent’s new videos here as I missed doing them when first published, for example. Thank you for such great content. All the teachers are fabulous all while having a different angle or approach.
