As a 61-year-old just beginning my journey into building strength, I truly appreciate Brent’s clear and encouraging instruction. His guidance on where to engage and firm up during each pose helped me understand my body better. This particular session was exceedingly challenging for me (I had to dial it back) but rather than feel discouraged, I feel motivated. I’m inspired to rebuild the strength I need to safely move from plank to upward dog to downward dog, without risking injury.

Wonderful. Even though I have been practicing for years, it is great to break moves down to the fundamentals. I haven't done a lot of classes with Brent but his instruction is thorough, honest and soothing.
