Part 1 of the online 300 hour Holistic Yoga Flow (HYF) Advanced Teacher Training constitutes 50 hours’ worth of training and includes access to our exclusive private HYF Community Group. Upon completion, you will receive a 50 hour HYF Advanced Teacher Training – Advanced Sequencing certificate authorized by Inner Dimension Academy.

Power Blast

Power Blast #1

In this 30 minute power yoga class, Travis Eliot will guide you through a practice heavy on the flow, and good for the soul. This well-rounded class is sure the amplify your energy, but leave you feeling calm and peaceful.

Power Blast #2

When you are short on time, but looking for power yoga class that gets right down to business, this is it! This twisty flow, guided by Travis Eliot, is sure to challenge your strength and take you to your edge.

Power Blast #3

This 30 minute power flow, Travis Eliot will lead you through series of poses building strength and creating length. This action packed class is perfectly balanced to leave you feeling invigorating but sweetly fatigued.
