For many people balance is the most neglected part of their fitness. This class will give you an opportunity to refine your balance skills. Toward the end of the standing series you’ll also have the opportunity to get upside down as you practice your handstand! This class will balance not only your body, but also your mind. Remember to have fun with this one. If you can smile and laugh when you fall, that’s advanced yoga.

Super challenging class that hits all the right notes - aside from the music that is. Can you post a no-music version of this class?
Challenging but doable with modifications, I would say. Great addition - includes many poses not often included (toe squat stretch, karnapidasna...) "Be at peace with imperfection", Travis says. Some of these poses I might never be able to do so I try to be ok with that and modify. You get a bit of a leg and core burn as a bonus. Not my favorite, meaning I probably need this class more often.
Great class although the music at phases of beginning and middle is rather bit noisy
After finishing the inversions part in the ytt, this class came right in time. A really nice and challenging practice to work on arm balances and inversions.
My all time favourite yoga class for balance training. Observed improvements every time I did it. Thanks.
