I’m just recovering from being sick and still feel a bit out of it, so I decided to try this practice—and I’m so glad I did. I’m typically a go-go-go kind of person, so slowing down isn’t something I enjoy or prioritize, but this class was exactly what I needed. It helped me reconnect with my body and find some much-needed stillness and self-compassion. The gentle pace and thoughtful flow made me feel supported while encouraging me to accept where I am today without judgment. I like strong flows and this is how I usually start my days. However, as I have a sore shoulder today, I thought I would look and try something gentler. This was just perfect. It may be slow but I still ended in a bit of a sweat whilst stretching my entire body. Now marked as a favourite! Thank you Lauren! More of these !!
