wow... I wanted to initially do an hour yoga practice but after getting lunches and water bottles ready I had no time left... found this 15 min practice and it was like a breath of fresh air. Love this. Wasn't my hour practice, but I feel good and super relieved I didn't just skip altogether. Thank you!!!

I was lacking some motivation this morning, felt tired and without energy. Just those 15 min and the exact opposite is the case now! Thanks for literally waking me up. I loved the uplifting but calm music as well! Will definitely come back to this class.
