loved this, very rounded practice. strong and fun alternating between Travis and Lauren. Always grateful for the wisdom T & L share, really helps me feel empowered and centred for the day ahead. Thank you both

Great practice and I like the alternating practice and voices ... that being said I turned into jello in the last 15min of balance ... wasn't my day, which humbled me and forced me to face my ego... good practice! However, for where I was in my balance journey today that part was itoo quick for me

This was my introduction to Lauren and I almost did not make it through. I find Travis voice calming, I love how he puts words together and creates rhymes, I feel that this has been his signature for years. Lauren should find her own style because her version was rushed, disconcerting, annoying. She did not need to cramp all those words into her speech, less would have been more, especially if she kept the same rhythm as Travis. At times, I caught myself thinking "When will Travis come back again?"

Absolutely love you guys as a tag team, you both carried me through this practise with calmness & equanimity, this is now a favourite practice, thank you 🙏

It's such a shame that Travis and Lauren insist on making every practice the Travis and Lauren Show. Shameless and annoying, I couldn't stomach the whole thing, cut out at about Lauren's THIRD overly dramatized speech. Ruins the whole thing.
