This strong Yang practice combines vinyasa with elastic pulses and martial arts movements designed to target the superficial back line of the body. It’s an ALL LEVELS class designed to be practiced with maximum awareness.

Power Spirals, Circles and Waves

This Yang practice combines a vinyasa practice with myofascial pulses, and martial arts movements designed to target the spiral lines of the body. It’s an ALL LEVELS class with dynamic movements.

Yin Lateral Line

This super gentle Yin class combines myofascial release massage with soft holds targeting the lateral line of the body. This will release deep tension stored inside the body.

Evening Relaxation

This relaxing practice is designed to help you relax the nervous system after a long day.  It’s for ALL LEVELS and can be done anytime, but it’s especially sweet in the evenings.

Circles and Waves

In this gentle yoga class, we focus on waking up the spine and the shoulders and hips. We explore circular movements and spinal waves, both having a very calming effect on the nervous system and releasing tension from the myofascia. This is a great class for anyone, and feels particularly good in the morning. Exploring Sun Salutation C

This Power/Vinyasa flow is great for opening up the front body and focuses on creative ways to play with Sun Salutation C. This flow emphasizes linking breath and movement, and is also wonderful after a long day of traveling, sitting in a car, or at a desk. 

Melt into the Earth

This is a YIN yoga class that is comprehensive and targets the entire body. In this class, we keep it simple and only explore more basic yin postures. It’s a great class for beginners, or athletes who are strong, but lack openness in their connective tissue. 2 blocks, a strap, one bolster

Vibrational Medicine

This is a combination of a guided body scan meditation with live acoustic guitar meditation. Lie down and release physical, mental, and emotional tension with a mixture of sound and relaxation cues. Great for beginning meditators.  

Lower Back Strength

Having a strong lower back is essential for injury prevention, posture, and everyday movement. This is a short, sweet practice designed to strengthen the lower back muscles. There are a lot of yoga practices that emphasize the front of the core, but this one focuses on the back body. It’s a strong practice designed for everybody.
